Windy Bank Farm Holiday Livery Agreement

At £10 per day - Number of days required....................
At £70 per week- Number of weeks required...................

To include:
Luxury indoor barn stable
Hay/Hayledge (Ad Lib)
Bedding
Grooming
Rug changes
Feet Picking
Turn out and Bring in
Daily Grazing in private paddock
Treats (If allowed)
And any further care to your specification if required.


Additional services to be provided by the yard

Fencing will be maintained
Water will be provided in the fields
General Maintinence will be provided to facilities in the yard
Hay or Hayledge will be brought in and available
Rag wort in fields will be removed

Yard Rules and Terms

• The yard is open from 6.30am untill 8.30pm for the dropping off or picking up of your Horse(s) any activity outside of these hours by prior arrangement
• Payment for the boarding of your horse MUST be made in full in advance of your horses stay, with no exceptions.
• Any horse that is picked up before 10am on the day of departure will only pay half the daily charge for that day,any horse picked up after 10am- the daily rate of £10 will apply.
• If more than one horse from the same family boards at the farm- they will be given their own paddock to graze together
• Single Horses will be grazed with our own non dominant 22 year old 11.3 pony.
• If you require hard feed or suppliments to be given to you horse(s),this is to be provided by the horse owner at the time of bringing your horse to the farm - we are happy to follow your horses normal feed routine!
• Written consent by the horse owner must be given to us at the start of your horses boarding period, for us to seek immediate veternary care for your horse should we feel it is necessary at any point during your horses stay at the farm.
• Full contact details of your normal vet should also be available to us.
• All horses visiting the farm must have an up to date Vaccination record
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on our premises
• Throughout your horses stay at our farm, we endevour to provide experienced care to him/her and to follow your normal routine as much as possible. We will ensure to the best of our ability that your horses stay is a relaxed, healthy and happy one.We very much look forward to welcoming both you and your horse(s) to Windy Bank Farm!

This agreement shall last for the whole Holiday Livery Boarding Term.
