Retirement for your horse

Is your beloved horse ready to retire?, at Windy Bank Farm we can offer retirement that enable your horse to live out his days in comfort with all the love and care he has been used to in his working life.

We are happy for your horse to live out or come in at night and enjoy daily turnout or a combination of both! We have plenty of grass to go round, are happy to top up with hay and would still offer daily grooming, checks and care.

We offer all year round turnout in well fenced safe paddocks, mares and geldings can be grazed if required.

All horses recieve experienced second to non care, lots of treats, cuddles and a completely stress free retirement.

Our Blacksmith visits every 6 weeks and will trim all horses, and we have a fantastic local vet and state of the art veterinary centre within 2 miles.

Strict worming programs are in place.

Our Package allows your horse to be cared for full livery, he/she will be stabled at night and spend long days grazing in the field. Price covers, large indoor barn stable and grazing, bedding, unlimited hay/hayledge, rug changes, daily grooming, turning out and bringing in, worming and feet trimming. Vets fees are additional. Suppliments are additional.

All payments to the farm for your horses care are to be made strictly in advance either weekly in cash or by direct debit or standing order (weekly payment if possible)
